All programmes are based on the National Skills Qualification (NSQ) framework aligned to the NBTE National Occupational Standards in Early Childhood Care Development Education (ECCDE).
Our flagship programme — 21 units covering child development from conception to age 7, safeguarding, nutrition, observation, lesson planning, and professional development.
Specialist play-based pedagogy training. Covers play theory, children's rights, inclusive practice, enabling environments, and the practitioner's role in promoting learning through play.
Specialist training for childminders, nannies, and foster carers. Covers children's additional needs, health and wellbeing, physical development, and inclusive home-based environments.
Every programme is structured around mandatory and optional units, guided learning hours, and a portfolio of evidence assessed in a real workplace setting.
