Early Learning Educational Services Limited (ELESL) was established in 2014 by Professor Esther Oduolowu — dedicated to providing early stimulation for children and building the capacity of every relevant stakeholder in Nigeria's early years sector.

Our Story

A Decade of Impact

2014

ELESL Founded in Ibadan

Established by Professor Esther Oduolowu at 4, Independence Square, Awolowo Avenue, Old Bodija, Ibadan — with a mandate to professionalise child care and early years education in Nigeria.

2014–2026

Consultancy, Capacity Building & Policy Development

Over twelve years, ELESL delivered high-impact consultancy services, capacity building programmes, and policy development work across Nigeria's early childhood education sector.

March 2026

Policy Brief Published & Training Centre Formalised

ELESL published its Policy Brief and formalised its training centre operations — establishing curriculum, staffing, facilities, and admission policies aligned to national ECCDE standards.

1st May 2026

Official QVSE Accreditation — Centre No. SWIB0122026

ELESL received its official Approval Certificate from QVSE under the National Skill Qualification Framework — a landmark milestone in the organisation's journey.
